Runci, RN, NHA
Project Manager
Kim Runci, Project Manager for Pathway, possesses more than
30 years of clinical experience with several years dedicated
to long-term care. Ms. Runci’s diverse clinical experience
combined with her background as an educator, positions her as
a valued expert in long-term care consulting. In her current
role, she assists in the development, implementation and evaluation
of remediation services for nursing homes statewide as a part
of Pathway’s contract with the State of Michigan Department
of Community Health, Bureau of Health Services, as well as client-directed
projects.
Prior to Pathway, Ms. Runci served in a variety of long-term care positions including 10 years as a Director of Nursing, Nursing Home Administrator and a Staff Development Coordinator and Infection Control Coordinator. In addition, Ms. Runci has also served in a variety of clinical positions, including work as Curriculum Developer and Clinical Instructor in Community Education. Ms. Runci is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Michigan.
