Future enhancements to our Web site will provide Third Party Administrators the ability to review the status of certifications and prior authorizations. In addition, enhanced reporting capabilities will allow for customized data report across the continuum of health care management programs.
Our dedicated Client Services Team assists Third Party Administrators in multiple capacities. Our clinical expertise and assistance is encouraged throughout the client relationship, beginning with the initial sales process and client implementation, to ongoing account management and renewal support.
