Client Services Team

Pathway Review System’s dedicated Client Services Team is your vital communication link to your health care management programs. The Client Services Team will support and guide you through your Pathway experience and are committed to providing you with exceptional service. Committed to quality in all they do, Pathway’s Client Services Team can assist clients in problem-solving and resolving issues, process management, assisting in the renewal process, making population recommendations.

Experienced and responsive account managers serve as liaisons with the clinical staff and ensure clients receive timely updates.
