About Pathway Review Systems
Pathway Review Systems, Inc. (Pathway), formerly HHS, Health Options®, is a national provider of customized health care management services dedicated to reducing employer’s health care costs, improving the lives of employees and their families, and creating a healthier workforce.
Pathway is a wholly-owned subsidiary of MPRO. Founded in 1984, MPRO is a nationally recognized leader in health care quality improvement and patient safety initiatives with extensive experience in Medicare and Medicaid programs, managed care operations, research methodologies, and data analysis. MPRO also provides quality and review services for state agencies in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, North Carolina, Virginia, Wisconsin, and to TRICARE beneficiaries in 23 states.
Pathway has 17 years of experience providing Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial quality improvement, utilization management, disease management, case management, and independent review services. Our team is committed to providing clients with the highest level of professional integrity, objectivity, reliability, and excellence in customer service.
Our health care management programs include MPRO’s extensive physician review network of over 250 board-certified, credentialed, and experienced expert clinical reviewers to provide a full range of clinical review and health management services. This network of expert clinical reviewers represents all medical specialties and sub-specialties.
For over 25 years, HHS, Health Options® (HHS) served as the independent voice and advocate for health plan participants and their employees. Combining comprehensive data analysis, including predictive modeling, innovative technology, and clinical expertise, with best-in-class health information and wellness training, HHS delivered proven results to clients in 46 states.
